Hey, I’m Tom Morgan (you can call me TM)
Welcome to Code Talent Hub — a place where I share practical, no-BS advice to help developers (especially juniors and mid-level) earn more through coding.
Who I Am
I’m a practicing developer focused on web technologies, automation, and building side projects. Over the past few years, I’ve experimented heavily with freelancing, micro-jobs, AI tools, and creating passive income streams. This blog is where I document what actually works — and what doesn’t.
I’m not a “guru with 20 years of experience,” and I don’t promise overnight riches. I’m a regular developer who has:
- Started with $10–20 gigs
- Made plenty of mistakes and faced burnout
- Learned what really moves the needle in 2025–2026
How I Create Content
I use powerful AI tools (like Grok, Claude, and others) for research, structuring, and drafting. However, every post goes through me personally:
- I verify all facts, numbers, and claims against sources
- I add my real-world experience and test results
- I remove fluff and keep only what’s genuinely useful
If something feels off or outdated, tell me in the comments or via email. I’ll fix it. See our full methodology for exactly how we test and verify claims across the site.
My Goal
To help you find your first (or next) income through coding faster, avoid common pitfalls, and build sustainable earnings — whether through micro-jobs, freelancing, or your own projects.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you find something here that actually helps you move forward.

What Readers Say
General feedback below is lightly edited for length and shared with permission, but not independently verified — that’s what the badge tells you. For results with numbers attached, see the fully verified case studies.
“The freelancing guide gave me a real starting point instead of generic advice — the cold outreach templates were the part I actually reused.”
“I’ve come back to the JS snippets article more times than I’d like to admit. Genuinely changed how I debug day to day.”
